Should the product be received broken or damaged, or if you discover a defect, please make contact via our customer services email. We will endeavour to arrange a replacement. We may require a photo image of the broken items for our records. If the item is not available for replacement, we will provide a complete refund. If the wrong item is delivered to you by mistake, we will arrange for it to be picked up and exchanged for the correct one. Goods are shipped with Peter Baker Transport Couriers. Should your goods arrive damaged, please contact us immediately (within 24 hours).

We are not responsible for non receipt of goods if the address that you provide is incorrect (must be recognised by NZ Post) Parcels are signed for upon receipt from courier. We cannot deliver to a post office box.
